— Anji Baicaoyuan Employee Outbound Training Activity

With a gentle breeze and red maple leaves, in this late autumn season, from November 21st to 22nd, 2020, the company's General Management Department and the Labor Union organized all 52 employees to participate in a two-day and one-night experiential outbound training activity at Anji Baicaoyuan, themed "Gathering Hearts and Minds, Responsibility and Diligence, Efficient Communication, Innovation and Excellence." The main purpose of this activity was to strengthen the company's employee team building, enhance mutual communication among employees, and cultivate team spirit and collaboration awareness.

During the activity, all employees were divided into four groups, each with a powerful team name: "Sword Team," "Glory Team," "Dragon Slayer Team," and "Gold Stone Team." These energetic teams marked the beginning of the outbound training.

Activities such as "Breath of Power," "Life and Death Electric Net," "Rapid 60 Seconds," "Supersonic," and "Power Rope Circle" kept everyone enthusiastic. Team members cheered and encouraged each other, overcoming obstacles without evasion or surrender, conquering one project after another. After each project, they shared the excitement of the challenges and the reasons for their successes and failures. Everyone fully experienced management concepts and arts closely related to work, such as team trust, effective communication, perspective-taking, rational organization, leadership, execution, and teamwork. There was also a small episode: at the end of the first day, it started to rain, and the rain became heavier and more urgent. However, our strength was fearless, and our slogans drowned out the sound of the wind and rain. By the end of the project, everyone realized their hair was dripping and their clothes were wet.

Through this activity, everyone gained a deeper understanding and awareness of work methods, communication styles, cooperative innovation, and work enthusiasm. It also fully demonstrated the spirit of Haheen people, laying a solid foundation for future work. We believe that Haheen people will continue to create brilliance and excellence, for the future is ours.
